Founded in 1978, Changzhou Institute of Technology (herein referred to as CIT) is a regular full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by Ministry of Education in China. It is located in the ancient town Changzhou, which is in the south of Jiangsu Province, occupying the middle area of Yangtze River Delta.
